Step 1: Choose a Returns-Only Plan
Log in to your WeSupply Labs account and navigate to the 'Account and Billing' section. Here, you will find different plans categorized based on their features. Choose a returns-only plan that best fits your business needs.
Step 2: Set Up the Return Window Start Date
The next step involves setting up the Return Window Start Date. This is crucial as it determines the time frame within which a customer can return a product. To do this, go to ''Settings', select 'Return Methods', then 'Advanced Settings', and then 'Return Window Start Date'. We recommend setting the 'Return Window Start Date' based on the 'Order Date' to ensure accurate calculation of the return window.
Step 3: Enable the 'Return Unfulfilled Orders' Functionality
For returns-only plans, it's recommended to enable the 'Allow Customers to return unfulfilled orders' functionality. This feature allows customers to return items even if the shipping status of the order is not yet fulfilled. To enable this, go to 'Settings', select 'Return Methods', then 'Advanced Settings', and finally 'Allow Customers to return unfulfilled orders'.
