C. Advanced Plan - $79/month
1. Includes 1000 shipments per month
2. Additional shipments cost $0.08 each
3. Features: everything in Starter and Growth Plans plus estimated delivery dates, removal of WeSupply branding, customizable delivery statuses, proactive delay notifications, last-mile reporting, and curbside/in-store pickup.

D. Enterprise Plan - Custom Pricing
1. For high volume orders (over 25,000 shipments per month) or complex integrations
2. Custom onboarding and features discussed with onboarding managers

II. Returns and Exchanges

A. Starter Plan - $9/month
1. Includes 30 returns per month
2. Additional returns cost $0.30 each
3. Features: returns management portal, branded returns page, email notifications, return analytics, refund and exchange automation, label generation, and issuing refunds as coupon codes.

B. Growth Plan - $19/month
1. Includes 50 returns per month
2. Additional returns cost $0.40 each
3. Features: everything in Starter Plan plus creating exchanges for orders, advanced return methods, advanced automation rules, issuing gift cards/store credit, return webhooks, restocking fees, and in-store returns.

C. Advanced Plan - $29/month
