How to Log in to WeSupply Labs Platform through Shopify and Add Users?

If you're having trouble logging into the WeSupply App through Shopify, it might be because the Shopify admin user does not have a user account associated with WeSupply. In this step-by-step guide, we'll show you how to add a user to WeSupply and log in using alternative methods.

Step 1: Log in to WeSupply using an alternative method
While the issue with your Shopify login is being resolved, you can still access WeSupply using one of the alternative login methods. Step 2: Access the User Management section in WeSupply
Once you've successfully logged in to WeSupply, navigate to the User Management section by clicking on the "Settings" tab in the left-hand menu, and then selecting "User Management."

Step 3: Add a new user
In the User Management section, click on the "Add User" button located at the top right corner of the page.

Step 4: Fill out the new user details
Enter the required information for the new user, including their name, email address, and role. You can also set specific permissions for the user by checking the boxes next to each permission.

Step 5: Send the invitation
Click on the "Send Invitation" button to send an email invitation to the new user. They will receive an email with a link to create their WeSupply account.

Step 6: New user account creation
The new user should click on the link in the email invitation and follow the instructions to create their WeSupply account. Once their account is set up, they will be able to log in to WeSupply through Shopify.

Step 7: Log in through Shopify
