WeSupply Labs is continuously working to improve its platform and expand its support for various carriers worldwide. Although the platform currently does not support Estimate Delivery Date (EDD) for Australian carriers, we are planning to enhance this functionality in the near future. In the meantime, you can still use the platform for other features and benefits such as order tracking, returns, and in-store pickup. This step-by-step guide will help you navigate the WeSupply Labs platform and make the most of its features.
Step 1: Sign up for a WeSupply Labs account
1. Visit the WeSupply Labs website.
2. Click on the "Sign Up" button on the top right corner of the page.
3. Fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and a strong password.
4. Click on the "Create Account" button to complete the registration process.
Step 2: Connect your eCommerce platform
1. Log in to your WeSupply Labs account.
2. Navigate to the "Integrations" tab on the left-hand side menu.
3. Select your eCommerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) from the list of available integrations.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your eCommerce platform to WeSupply Labs.
Step 3: Configure your shipping settings
1. Go to the "Settings" tab on the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on the "Shipping" tab.
3. Add your shipping origin information, including the address and postal code.
4. Set up your shipping zones and methods, including any applicable shipping rates.
Step 4: Customize your notifications and emails
1. Click on the "Notifications" tab on the left-hand side menu.
2. Customize the templates for various email notifications, such as order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery updates.
3. Save your changes.
Step 5: Monitor your orders and shipments
1. Go to the "Orders" tab on the left-hand side menu.
2. View and manage your orders, including their current status and shipping information.
3. Use the search and filter options to find specific orders or shipments.
While the WeSupply Labs platform does not currently support EDD for Australian carriers, you can still take advantage of its other features to streamline your eCommerce operations.
