If you're experiencing failed webhook attempts on your WeSupply Labs account when using Klaviyo integration, it's likely due to using a private API Key. This guide will walk you through the steps to fix this issue by using the Public API Key from your Klaviyo account.
Step 1: Locate Your Klaviyo Public API Key
1. Log in to your Klaviyo account.
2. Click on the 'Account' dropdown menu located in the upper right corner of the dashboard.
3. Select 'Settings' and then 'API Keys'.
4. Locate your Public API Key. If you don't have one, click on 'Create API Key' and make sure to label it as 'Public'.
Step 2: Re-establish the Connection on WeSupply Labs
1. Log in to your WeSupply Labs account.
2. Navigate to the 'Integrations' tab on the left-hand side menu.
3. Locate the Klaviyo integration and click on 'Edit'.
4. Replace the existing API Key with your Public API Key from Klaviyo.
