Managing a multi-brand Magento 2 store can be challenging, especially when it comes to keeping everything organized and separate for each brand. WeSupply Labs platform offers a solution to this problem by allowing you to connect each brand to a separate WeSupply instance. In this step-by-step guide, we will walk you through the process of connecting your multi-brand Magento 2 store to the WeSupply Labs platform.
Step 1: Create a WeSupply Account
First, you need to create an account on the WeSupply Labs platform. Visit the WeSupply Labs website and sign up for a new account.
Step 2: Integrate with Magento
Once you have created your WeSupply account, go to the "Integrations" section, then click on "App Integrations." From the list of available integrations, select "Magento" and connect the information below.
Step 3: Configure Magento Admin Panel
Now, go to your Magento admin panel and navigate to the WeSupply Configuration section. Under the "Scope" section on the left-hand side, select the storeview you'd like to connect to WeSupply.
Step 4: Connect Store View to WeSupply
As soon as you select the store view you'd like to connect to WeSupply, disable the "Use Default Access Key" option and click Regenerate. Copy the access key and connect it to WeSupply. This will help you to have a different Acess Key for each of your brands.
Next, copy the new API endpoint.
Then, make sure you only enter the ID of the store you'd like to import orders to WeSupply from the IDs of existing stores section.
Step 5: Test Order Import
Test that you receive orders associated with each store to the right WeSupply instance.
Separate Branding for Each WeSupply Instance
Having a separate WeSupply instance connected to each brand allows you to keep the branding, domains, and custom email addresses separate. This also enables you to import only the orders associated with that specific brand to WeSupply, keeping everything organized and separate.
Optional - Connect All Store Views to One WeSupply Instance
If you prefer to have the same brand for all your stores, you can connect all store views to a single WeSupply instance. In this case, simply use "All" instead of a specific ID in the "IDs of existing stores" field by using all instead of a specific store ID. This will synchronize orders from all store views to the same WeSupply account.
We strongly recommend using separate WeSupply instances for each brand in your multi-brand Magento 2 store. This helps you manage orders, customers, returns, and analytics separately, making it easier to track and analyze the performance of each brand. By following this step-by-step guide, you can easily connect your multi-brand Magento 2 store to the WeSupply Labs platform and enjoy the benefits of organized and efficient store management.
