Step 1: Access the We Supply Portal Settings
- Log in to your We Supply account and navigate to the "Settings" tab.
Step 2: Edit Branding Translations
- Click on "Branding > Translations" under the "Settings" tab.
Step 3: Customize the Return Policy Message
- In the "Messages to Edit" section, select "Find Your Order Page" associated with your WeSupply portal.
- Add a short description of your return policy for 'Bottom Description', such as "If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange."
- Click "Save."
Step 4: Add a Quick Message and Full Policy URL
- Scroll down to the "View Full Policy" section.
- Add a quick message, such as "View our full return policy."
- Click "Save."
- Under "Full Policy Page URL," add the URL that directs to your website's return policy page.
- Click "Save" again.
Step 5: Customize Gift Returns (Optional)
- If you offer gift returns, scroll to the top of the Translations page and select "Find Your Gift Order Page" in the "Messages to Edit" section.
- Add a different 'Bottom Description', a different link for your gift return policy, and a different name that says "Gift Returns Policy."
- Use the provided link on your website for gift returns: https://yourwesupplyaccountname.labs.wesupply.xyz/orders-lookup?gift
Step 6: Add a Custom Message for Main Portal and Gift Return Portal
- At the top of the page, locate the message that prompts users to enter their order information to start the return process.
- Add a different description for the main portal and the gift return portal.
Step 7: Modify or Exclude Gift Return Options (Optional)
- To hide the gift return option, go to "Settings" > "Branding" > "Pages."
- Click on the "Login Page" > "Content" section and disable "Gift Returns."
By following these steps, you can successfully add and customize your return policy on the WeSupply Tracking and Returns Portal, making it easier for your customers to access and understand your return and exchange process.
