How to enable Bundle Returns?

To be able to return the items composing a bundle, you need to do the following:

Step 1

Go to your WeSupply Admin -> Settings -> Return Methods -> Manage CSV Bundles File


Step 2
Download the sample CSV File.

Step 3
While configuring the CSV File, please make sure of the following:
- The Bundle Item Name, SKU, Item ID, and price all match the ones set up in Shopify.
- Under the Allow Individual SKU Exchange column, select the YES option if you want to allow exchanges/replacements for the individual products composing the Bundle.
- Under the Allow Individual SKU Return column, select the YES option if you want to allow returns for the individual products composing the Bundle.

Step 4
Once you finished editing the CSV file, upload it into WeSupply under Settings -> Return Methods -> Manage CSV Bundles File -> Upload Bundle CSV.

Step 5
Click Save.
